AİLE HEKİMLİĞİ İZLEME ve DEĞERLENDİRME
İlçede yürütülen aile hekimliği faaliyetlerinin izleme ve değerlendirmelerini yapmak, raporlar hazırlamak ve öneriler sunmak.Aile hekimliği performans işlemlerini yürütmek ve itirazlarını değerlendirmek.Aile hekimliği ile ilgili ödeneklerin zamanında, usulüne uygun ve harcanmasını ilgili birim ile işbirliği yaparak sağlamak. Hizmetlerin yürütülmesi için gereken organizasyonu ve eşgüdümü sağlamak, bu konuda diğer resmi ve özel kuruluşlarla işbirliği yapmak.Aile hekimliği uygulaması kapsamında yapılan çalışmaların niceliği ve niteliği hakkında belge toplamak, değerlendirmek ve kurumları/kuruluşları belli aralıklarla ziyaret ederek gereken yönlendirmeleri yapmak.Aile hekimliğinin işleyişiyle ilgili verileri temin etmek, incelemek, kontrol ve hesaplamalarını yapmak, istatistik ve raporlarını hazırlamak.Aile hekimliği uygulaması ile ilgili şikayetleri değerlendirmek.Aile hekimliği uygulamasına ilişkin denetimleri yapmak ve denetim sonucuna göre gerekli iş ve işlemleri gerçekleştirmek.İlgili birimler ve istatistik birimi ile işbirliği içerisinde hizmet değerlendirmesi yapmak, tespit edilen aksaklıkların düzeltilmesini sağlamak ve değerlendirme sonuçlarını gelecek yılın çalışma plan ve programında göz önünde bulundurmak.
